If you own a Saab or Volvo there is NO other place to take your car for whatever ails it (Period).

My wife and I have been taking our Saab and Volvos to T. Scandia for about 10 years. They are friendly, competent, honest, and they care about both the work they do and their customers. They'll even give you a ride home or to work, and then come pick you up when the car's ready. Some of the best mechanics I've ever had.

The woman who usually answers the phone is knowledgeable, knows about cars, has service record on computer to review w/ caller when necessary, will take you home & pick you up if necessary. They thoroughly inspect car each visit, update the list of what's coming up for attention and when. No pressure, just knowledge.

The folks at T. Scandia have a lot of integrity. They're knowledgeable and always explain whatever I need them to. The head Volvo mechanic, Raymond, has a wonderful combination of competence and humility. He never would badmouth another mechanic - but without him my old car wouldn't be on the road.

I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with one of the techs at T.Scandia motors. He was so helpful and explained everything that they would do and suggested repairs to be done at the time of regular service to save you money in the long run. I have had work done here and would recommend them to any one who loves there Volvo.

I have been using T Scandia motors since approx 1998. Raymond always takes time out to come out and chat with me about any issues. As an advisor and not at all pushy. Today T Scandia went above and beyond for me. I was trying to get out of town early before a Holiday. But, my XC90 was making a metal on metal grinding noise. Raymond looked at it and immediately diagnosed brakes. (In my mind I'm thinking 2 days minimum) Raymond asked if he could keep it that afternoon. I said sure. Expecting to pick up late the following day. Parts, cars in front, etc Regina called at 5:00 pm. Done. I fell over. Thank you T Scandia.

I've been going to T. Scandia Motors every since I purchased my Saab. It's the best place to take your Saab or Volvo. They have a Saab team and a Volvo team who know everything there is to know about your car. They explain everything in detail, great customer service, they guarantee their work. When my car wouldn't start one day, Ben (a mechanic) offered to come out to me. They go above and beyond. It's the reason why I drive from St. Johns to Tigard for their services. You couldn't ask for anything better!
